Ms. Harriet Sanyu Muwonge’s experience spans over 20 years having worked for several reputable institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank, National Media Group, and Vision Group Limited. Throughout her fulfilled and enriching work experience, she has ably offered service leadership and supported organisations to achieve their strategic objectives through culture transformations,
She has vast expertise in the development and managing of customer experience and relationships, and communications/ marketing strategy including building cultures, training, maintaining processes and procedures for operating efficiently, and managing senior staff for optimum performance.

In her well-served career, Harriet has amplified customer organisations relationships through innovative models and solutions, driving customer service initiatives, training, leading digital transformations, relationship management, communications and media management, project management, and championing corporate social responsibility to change lives.
She has led a couple of commercial initiatives within the financial sector space from inception to the launch of services to improve existing services and product delivery as well as to target new consumer segments in the market.

Her approach is driven by enhancing sustainable performance improvements and unlocking enduring value. Part of Harriet’s credentials is transformational leadership which she has significantly demonstrated through serving on several committees and performance management teams. She is currently the Chairperson of the Parents Teachers Organisation of Acorns International School.

Harriet is known for professionalism, respect for gender inclusivity, diversity, teamwork, and excellence. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts, Social Sciences, Upper Second, Makerere University.
