Susan possesses a wealth of experience with Standard Chartered Bank, CBA (now NCBA), and Ecobank in the areas of customer experience, streamlining operations, and ensuring compliance. She is a certified Gender Change Maker from Digital Frontiers Institute South Africa and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education (Economics & Geography). Currently, she is pursuing a certification in ESG (Environmental and Social Governance) and serves as a facilitator and trainer for the Female Future Program under the Federation of Uganda Employers, where she empowers female leaders with essential leadership skills.
